1.Cherating Mangrove River Cruise
1st trip 9am, 2nd trip is 4pm..
both duration about one and half hour trip on boating for nature with wildlife watch.

2. fireflies watch at night on boating.
1st trip 8pm ( the best time for viewing fireflies)
2nd trip.9pm
both duration about one hour.
 boat ride and viewing fireflies along the river.

3. river kayaking
open 9.30am to 5pm..



5. Atv@ quad bike at soft jungle trail with local guide.

6. mangrove river clean up and mangrove tree planting program.



9. release baby turtle to the sea
10. turtle laying eggs watch on the beach at night

fireflies watch @ cherating mangrove river

mostly people are known thsi little tiny amazing insect.
yes ..they are each other communication with flash signal pattern..
common we know 1st signal for mating purpose, 2nd is to warning each other or to predator go away , stay away from them.
but last a few months ago, i discovered one more flash signal pattern..that i called weather forecast especially for rain..
of cause  i do every night bring the many tourists for fireflies watch at our cherating mangrove river.
so i noticed that when the rain is coming soon my fireflies give me signal when i see theses signal i back to jetty..because rain is coming within 10 minutes..but some time we are ( all the boats load of tourists) far from jetty , so before get back to jetty every body get rain.
i got too many time on the trips ..so i can say ( i know) when i get different signal from my fireflies we are on time back to jetty.

so normally two type of flash signal pattern, but now i more flash signal pattern for weather forecast.
that's amazing.
in future if i got new flash signal discover i will share again to you all fireflies lovers.

Not about the Money....

of cause..i love the fireflies..actually little insect has light organ so we call it firefly?or amazing!
honestly to share..fireflies are yes they communication with signal of flash patterns..but all the time not the same..logically similar to us.they are talking or commutation for  logically scientists discovered for two reasons..1st reason for mating , 2nd reason for warning each others from stay away from enemies , predators..
but my experience study on our cherating mangrove river fireflies ( non synchronous) ...
flash patterns are mostly not the same..
for mating purpose..
stay away or warning..
weather forecast..
timing ( time by time)..after sunset different flash light from normal mating flash..
air pollution..situation..
windy situation...
etc..so their flash patterns are not same.
i considered logically similar to human.. 

this is not about the marketing for my ( hafiz's cherating fireflies watch) activities for that.
just like to share same like you all..we love the nature, love the fireflies too.
so if you interesting about cherating fireflies..please when you get holiday or your vacation with friends or family please take tour for fireflies watch with me..
i will take to you all for fireflies watch at night by boating...at cherating mangrove river.

of course..monsoon season are the best time for fireflies..
yes.more fireflies  maybe because of rain..so according to my study..most of the back of riverbank are wet..so fireflies easy to lay eggs on the back of the riverbank( that is their importance habitat),,,more and more fireflies.
if you are personal or a couple of friends or mid groups of family member ..i recommended for fireflies watch on now monsoon season.more fireflies less tourists ...special trips for you all.

This 3 weeks are very good time for fireflies watch and turtle laying eggs watch activities.
because of the Moon situation and wind.
fireflies trip start every night 7.30pm, one hour trip. but we closed on every Monday.
turtle trip start 9pm.

actually i am not a fireflies expert at all.. but personally i love the firefly..so i learned, study..on it..after that we know already nowadays every where ...fireflies are go...went ...gone..so we all are nature lovers ..right!so i do the best with nature lovers .like you all.before go and watch for the fireflies clicking...i do sharing amazing information about fireflies ( especially Cherating Fireflies ( P.teroptyx-non synchronous)..when we fall to love fireflies ...we do need to protect to them twinkling every night.i will let you know how we have to protect to them or save to them   as a nature lover.we do start every night for fireflies trip. 7.30pm, one hour trip...please call for book.

this a few days for fireflies watching trips...a a lots of tourists..mostly local...some oversea too...
but for the fireflies...not many yet.. i have experience   like this situation a few time already..when high tide come at night...some time come with sea plankton....so when we drive the boat beautiful ...too many spot light in the sea water..( river) but for the fireflies....when i see too many sea plankton...fireflies are less and less communication too. actually weather is so good...dark, but we can not watch the fireflies beautifully...maybe these sea plankton light are affect on fireflies?...still i study.
also about the fireflies.....after full moon...next 3 to 4 night or one week are most amazing night for the fireflies watch..little tiny fireflies light are too bright than normal night.
maybe according to our old peoples saying that firefly get energy from the moon..so after full moon day ( night time) they ( fireflies) have full of energy.so too bright their flash pattern...
 

actually monsoon season is the best time to watch the fireflies. because maybe fireflies like moisture ( little wet and dry too) that's i learned about the  fireflies.( cherating fireflies).
but if heavy rain...no fireflies or we can't  see the fireflies because they hide under the leave.
