this a few days for fireflies watching trips...a a lots of tourists..mostly local...some oversea too...
but for the fireflies...not many yet.. i have experience   like this situation a few time already..when high tide come at night...some time come with sea plankton....so when we drive the boat beautiful ...too many spot light in the sea water..( river) but for the fireflies....when i see too many sea plankton...fireflies are less and less communication too. actually weather is so good...dark, but we can not watch the fireflies beautifully...maybe these sea plankton light are affect on fireflies?...still i study.
also about the fireflies.....after full moon...next 3 to 4 night or one week are most amazing night for the fireflies watch..little tiny fireflies light are too bright than normal night.
maybe according to our old peoples saying that firefly get energy from the moon..so after full moon day ( night time) they ( fireflies) have full of energy.so too bright their flash pattern...
 

actually monsoon season is the best time to watch the fireflies. because maybe fireflies like moisture ( little wet and dry too) that's i learned about the  fireflies.( cherating fireflies).
but if heavy rain...no fireflies or we can't  see the fireflies because they hide under the leave.

i like to sharing what i study about the cherating fireflies ( P.teroptyx Bearni/ Non Synchronous , Prof Ohba ( Japan), Sonny Wong ( MNS,Malaysia).
especially how they communication each other for mating reason. 
of cause if you come holiday season..you have to share with other too many tourists ( local and oversea), but if you come not the holiday season....i like to show you on the fireflies trips...honestly you can't believe that. how my cherating fireflies are friendly..sure...they come to you.( when i call to them)..
so you can see closer on your hand. how Allah created that little fireflies are  amazing."Inn nakar Allah kult le shyiin qarie".

.most of nature lovers want me to open on Friday....so because you all ..now i open on Friday..

every night fireflies watch at cherating mangrove river

 normally come to my office...then i will brief info for firelies, also do and don't on the trip ...back of my office Jetty ...take the boat and go for the trip,...some time at night high tide...so you all have to go beside of the cherating bridge.,take the boat and go for that.

now...open daily.
